Because I'm on the All-of-Government (AoG) Creative and Media Services panel, agencies that use the panel can engage me for video production under its rules without running an open tender. As a Wellington videographer, I'm close to most agency head offices. I've made video for MBIE, the NZ Defence Force, the Ministry of Social Development, ACC, Fire and Emergency NZ and Callaghan Innovation. During the COVID-19 pandemic I also helped create information content with Dr Ashley Bloomfield.

NZ Government Procurement's guidance lets agencies approach a panel supplier directly or run a short secondary process, depending on the value of the work. Your procurement team will confirm what applies to you. I'm happy to send references and case studies.
Used to the process
Government work comes with approvals, consent forms, accessibility needs and sometimes sensitive stories. I plan for those from day one so they don't hold up the edit.
